What time can I start my movie night?
Start times for outdoor movie screenings should be scheduled based on sunset for optimal viewing conditions. At least 10 minutes after sunset.
Will the screen fit under awnings or trees?
The screen will NOT fit under most awnings, pavilions or many trees due to the height. We normally secure our screens by placing stakes in the ground and securing ropes to the screen. If your event is held on concrete or another surface that will not accept stakes, you will need to provide weighted items to tie off to(rental weights are available)
Do I need a movie license?
To show a movie publicly, regardless of whether you charge admission or not, you will need to obtain a movie license. A license is required for all public performances, and simply owning, renting, or borrowing a movie does not grant you the right to show it publicly. If you are a first time client, discounts may be available.
Are discounts available?
Yes, When you book 3 or more events in a calendar year.
Can I do an event during the day outside?
Yes, we also have a variety of LED screens available. These allow events during the day.
We have noise ordinance for night time events, will we be able to host a movie night?
If noise ordinance are an issue we can use our silent cinema headphones. These headphone replace the speakers and allow for an event without amplified sound.
